- Can I cancel my order after I have confirmed it?
- We are very sorry that as soon as the order is confirmed, it will prepare to ship so the cancellation of your order is unavailable. However, we do accept the format of returns or exchanges.
- If I want to return or exchange items what should i do?
- We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days after delivery, Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of damage. Buyer will receive a full refund in the original payment method. Nevertheless, buyer assumes full responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

- In order to allow our customers to enjoy shopping at Unisound, we do not provide services to keep items on hold. Please note that even if you save an item on your wish list or include an item in your shopping cart, there is a possibility the item will be out of stock before confirming the purchase.

- The shipping fee will be indicated on your checkout page after confirming your order. The fee will vary according to the size, weight and location of your desired item(s). Please kindly link to our shipping method with specific shipping rate.
- How many days will the shipment take? Can I check my shipment status?
- After confirming your order, your purchase will be packed and shipped within 2 business days. Although it may vary according to the location and the selected shipment method, your purchase should arrive soon. You can track your order by using the EMS number that will be e-mailed to you after your order has been shipped.
- Will I have to pay for import duties or other taxes?
- All the price of Unisound items are not taxes included. Any additional charges for custom clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer.
